Well I’ve taken the plunge and purchased a domain name for this blog. You can now also find me on dollsdollsdolls.net
I have also applied to use Word Ads. I figure that if WordPress is going to sometimes feature advertising on my blog I may as well get something out of it too. The blog won’t change. It’s a doll lovers blog, not a commercial site and always will be.

So far I’m not making a lot out of it. Only a couple of dollars a month. I think you need a much wider readership to make a lot but maybe that will happen in time. Luckily I do the blog for love anyway.

Unless you get a lot of traffic I wouldn’t do it just for that. I bought mine to make the doll blog more recognisable to people searching for information.
