Mauve and Black Themed Closet 2007

I thought that I had featured this closet before but I hadn’t, just the boxed photo. It is a favourite because it has a lot of pieces which can be mixed and matched.
The Models
As usual I have chosen models from each of the main Barbie body types to show how the clothes fit each of them.
- Becky – Black Basics #02
- Kelly – Fashion Fever bodied Barbie
- Sharon – Fashion Fever Summer
- Rachel – Country Rose Barbie
The Fashions
Kelly is first with designer ripped jeans with a silver belt, a white long sleeved T shirt and black boots. This outfit fits Kelly perfectly as she has the Fashion Fever body with articulated arms.

Rachel wears mauve cropped pants with a matching striped sleeveless top and jacket.

Rachel is wearing the only outfit in this closet that fits her. The skirt is too loose and sits on her hips oddly and the jeans and striped pants won’t go over her hips so Rachel will only be making one appearance today. At least she can get the shoes on.

Sharon is next with a little black and white check skirt and a two in one top. She wears the ankle length black boots from the closet.

Becky shows that the striped pants are a reasonable fit on the model muse body and pairs them with the long sleeved T shirt. She managed to get the shoes from the closet on as well.

Kelly swaps the T-shirt for the striped top and jacket showing the versatility of this closet.

Sharon pairs the check skirt with the long sleeved T shirt.

Here is Kelly again, this time wearing the two in one top with her jeans and boots.

Despite clothes flying everywhere as the girls did their quick changes and the loss of the white boots, black purse and glasses that belong with this closet the show went very well today. The girls come out to take a bow and to introduce the woman who made it all happen today. Vivienne was the Showrunner. Didn’t she do a good job?

I am trying to contact Taswegian 1957 regarding another item on her blog re The Miniature Enthusiasts of Tasmania. She posted an article about us after our previous Dollhouse and Miniatures Show in 2014. I have replied to a comment made at that time and was hoping this would evoke a response but she probably has not seen it.
