Flame Haired Favourites

I wrote this post nearly three years ago in August 2014 and decided to update it a bit by adding a few new photos to it. I hope you enjoy “Flame Haired Favourites” for a second time around.

I admire red hair, it’s so vibrant. Lucille Ball is a redhead who springs to mind. I always thought that Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts looked better as redheads. Royal redheads include Henry VIII, Queen Elizabeth I, Prince Harry and the Duchess of York. Former Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard is also a “ginger”.

I have a lot of redheads amongst my fashion dolls too. Here are some of them.

  1. I couldn’t agree more – I love red hair, I’m a bottle redhead myself! 😀 Silkstones expecially look fantastic with bright red hair. That’s quite a collection of redheads – congratulations 🙂

  2. What a beautiful group of redheads. The various tones of red hair are amazing. The vibrant colour of the Hip to be Square Barbie is awesome.

  3. I like Titan Barbie but to name a couple of mine there is Lynn my Uneeda Dollikins, The ugly carrot top Tammy I found in a shop at New Norfolk and Pauly who I decided to change from a blonde. Vanda featured him some time ago. I forget what he is now.

    • I have to admit I don’t really care for the carrot coloured hair on some Tammy and Peppers but it is unusual. Lynne has very pretty hair and Pauly looks much better as a red head it suited his colouring.

  4. Great compilation! I love gingers too, the contrast of their hair, skin and eye colors is so striking and they are more rare than blonds. Some other titian haired actors are Christina Hendricks, Charles Dance and Eric Stoltz.
